Bachon ki healthy growth aur active lifestyle ka foundation hota hai Balanced Diet. Sirf pet bharna kaafi nahi — hume ensure karna hai ki unki plate me wohi cheezein ho jo body ko energy, brain ko sharpness, aur immunity ko strength dein. 💡 Balanced Diet ka Matlab Kya Hai? Balanced diet ka matlab hai — khana jisme proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats aur water sahi ratio me ho. A- 🍳 Proteins for Growth 1- Eggs (anda) 2-Doodh, Paneer, Curd 3-Dal (moong dal, masoor dal, Arhar Dal) 4-Chana, Rajma, Soyabean 👉 Ye muscles ko strong banate hain aur height ke liye zaroori hain. B- 🍎 Fruits & Vegetables for Immunity 1- Fruits: Apple, Banana, Papaya, Orange, Mango, Grapes, Pomegranate 2- Vegetables: Palak, Broccoli, Carrot, Tomato, Beetroot, Pumpkin 👉 Ye vitamins & minerals dete hain jo bacchon ko infections se bachate hain.
