Day 4: Balanced Diet se Bachon ki Growth

Bachon ki healthy growth aur active lifestyle ka foundation hota hai Balanced Diet. Sirf pet bharna kaafi nahi — hume ensure karna hai ki unki plate me wohi cheezein ho jo body ko energy, brain ko sharpness, aur immunity ko strength dein.
💡 Balanced Diet ka Matlab Kya Hai?
Balanced diet ka matlab hai — khana jisme proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats aur water sahi ratio me ho.
A- 🍳 Proteins for Growth
1- Eggs (anda)
2-Doodh, Paneer, Curd
3-Dal (moong dal, masoor dal, Arhar Dal)
4-Chana, Rajma, Soyabean
👉 Ye muscles ko strong banate hain aur height ke liye zaroori hain.
B- 🍎 Fruits & Vegetables for Immunity
1- Fruits: Apple, Banana, Papaya, Orange, Mango, Grapes, Pomegranate
2- Vegetables: Palak, Broccoli, Carrot, Tomato, Beetroot, Pumpkin
👉 Ye vitamins & minerals dete hain jo bacchon ko infections se bachate hain.
C- 🥛 Calcium & Iron for Bones & Blood
1- Calcium sources: Milk, Paneer, Cheese, Ragi, Almonds
2- Iron sources: Spinach, Beetroot, Dates (khajoor), Jaggery (gur), Green peas
👉 Strong bones aur healthy blood circulation ke liye zaroori.
D-🌾 Carbohydrates for Energy
1- Roti (wheat), Rice, Oats, Poha, Idli

Subah anda + doodh + seasonal fruit. Ye din bhar ke liye energy deta hai.
👨👩👧 Family Meal Time
TV aur phone ke bina ek saath khana khayiye. Bacche ko lagta hai khana ek family bonding activity hai.
🍌 Healthy Snacks Replace Kijiye
1- Chips ke bajaye: Roasted makhana ya corn
2- Chocolates ke bajaye: Dates (khajoor) ya raisins
3- Cold drinks ke bajaye: Fresh nimbu paani ya lassi
💪 Apna Example Set Kijiye
Agar aap fruits & vegetables khate hain, to baccha naturally copy karega.
Parents, yaad rakhiye — bacchon ke liye aap sirf unke role model nahi, balki unki health ke real guardians bhi ho. Jab aap unhe ek healthy plate dete ho, aap sirf unka present nahi, balki unka future bhi safe karte ho.
💖 Aaj ka chhota sa task:
Shaam ko bacche ke saath ek fruit salad banaiye — Apple, Banana, Papaya aur Pomegranate mix karke.
Aur unse puchhiye:
👉 “Kaunsa fruit tumhe sabse yummy lagta hai, aur kyu?”
Dekhiye, unki khushi ka level kitna badh jaata hai. 🌈

We do try to give the kids all healthy food but somethimes they refused to eat it. I try everyday to make some different and healthy food but i think taste is also need to be taking care while offering the food to our kids.
