Simple guidelines for our happy school family
Admission & Enrollment
- Admission is subject to availability and completion of all required documents
- Age criteria: Nursery (3-4 years), LKG (4-5 years), UKG (5-6 years)
- Registration fee is non-refundable once paid
- School reserves the right to verify all submitted documents
Fee Structure & Payment
- Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of each month
- Late payment attracts a penalty of ₹100 per week
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
- Annual charges are separate from monthly tuition fees
School Timings & Attendance
- School timing: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Gates close at 8:15 AM sharp - late entry not allowed
- Minimum 75% attendance required for annual promotion
- Parents must inform school about child's absence in advance
Child Safety & Security
- Children will be handed over only to authorized persons
- ID cards must be shown during pickup
- School has CCTV surveillance for safety purposes
- Any medical condition must be disclosed during admission
Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior towards teachers and classmates is mandatory
- Parents are responsible for their child's behavior and actions
- Any damage to school property will be charged separately
- School uniform must be worn daily as per guidelines
Important Notice
The Base School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed. Parents will be notified of any major changes through official communication channels.
Withdrawal & Transfer
- One month's written notice required for withdrawal
- Transfer certificate issued only after clearing all dues
- Security deposit (if any) will be refunded after deductions
