Day 1: Good Parenting Ka Pehla Kadam – Bachon ko Samajhna
Parenting ka sabse pehla aur sabse important step hai apne bachon ko samajhna. Har baccha alag hota hai – unki soch, unki pasand, aur unki zarurate. Lekin aksar hum parents apne khud ke expectations aur comparison ke chakkar me bachon ko waise hi dekhte hain jaise hum chahte hain, na ki waise jaise wo asal me hain.
💡 Kya matlab hai “Bachon ko Samajhna”?
1- Unki Boli ko Sunna: Bacche shabdon se kam, expressions aur actions se zyada communicate karte hain.
2- Unke Jazbaat Pe Dhyaan: Agar baccha chup hai to iska matlab hamesha shararti na hona nahi hai, shayad wo kuch kehna chahta hai jo bol nahi pa raha.
3- Har Baccha Unique Hai: Don’t compare – har bacche ka growth, interest aur talent apni speed pe hota hai.
🏡 Chhote-Chhote Kadam Jo Aap Utha Sakte Ho
1- Daily 15 Minutes Rule ⏰
Har din apne bacche ke saath 15 minute quality time bitaiye, bina phone ya TV ke.
2- Unke Sawalon ko Dil se Suno 🤔
Bachche aksar ajeeb ya simple lagne wale sawal puchte hain – patience ke saath jawab dijiye.
3- Apni Bachpan ki Kahaniyaan Share Kijiye 📖
Ye na sirf bonding banata hai balki bachche ko lagta hai ki papa-mummy bhi kabhi unki tarah hi the.
4- Encourage, Don’t Pressure 🌱
Agar wo painting pasand karta hai to us talent ko encourage kijiye, chahe marks utne ache na ho.
Yaad rakhiye, parenting ka matlab “perfect parent” banna nahi hai, balki apne bacche ke liye ek safe aur loving environment create karna hai. Aapka pyaar aur samajh hi unki sabse badi strength hai.
💖 Aaj ka chhota sa task:
Shaam ko apne bacche se ek simple sawal poochhiye –
👉 “Aaj tumhe sabse zyada khushi kis cheez se mili?”
Aur bas, unki aankhon me dekhkar dhyaan se suniyega or haa is moment ko jarur capture krna and appko pta h aapko kha share krna h.
